When frail, old Mrs McQueen gets blown down the street by a ferocious Wellington wind, her neighbour's son gallantly comes to her rescue. A story on the theme of helping one's neighbour, written in rhyming couplets and accompanied by Richard Gunther's amazing illustrations. All sorts of interesting things are flying through the air!

Peter Adolph lives in Christchurch, New Zealand, where he teaches and writes stories and poetry for children. He enjoys using his quirky sense of humour and ability to play with words to bring light-hearted humour into children’s lives.
Mr Adolph is married and has five daughters.
