My Mummy Is Sad and Tired Today

Told from a child’s perspective, this is a story about a child who is observing his mum going through depression and trying to understand what she is experiencing. Even though his mum can struggle day to day, she still lets her child know she loves him.

Sharon decided to write a book for her three-year-old son after some adventures in trying to get out of the house for the day and some imaginative reasons by her son as to why it wasn’t going to go to plan. She lives with her husband, two children, two dogs, one cat and owns a horse.
