Ivor J. Beamon was born in Edgware, Middlesex, being one of four children, and raised in Royston, Hertfordshire. After graduating from the University of North-East London, Ivor spent the majority of his working career as a Chartered Surveyor involved in providing new homes in the UK. He always had an interest in writing as to the characters he observed and how social interactions in specific situations provide moments of humorous anecdotes that may raise a smile for others. Now the right moment had been reached to turn his back from full-time employment and put pen to paper.
A very humorous take on the differences between the sexes as seen through the tribulations of having a baby. I fail to see how anyone who hasn’t been through this experience or who is self-aware (be them from Mars, Venus or Earth), won’t relate to anecdotes in this book and raise a chuckle at many of the stories Beamon tells so well. An easy and fun read - one I highly recommend.
