Sid the seagull lives in a sunny seaside town. He's a very happy seagull, who never has to worry about looking for his own food because the humans are very kind. But something has changed. The humans have suddenly become scared of Sid and he doesn't know why. A fun and yet educational book aimed at teaching the importance of not feeding seagulls.

Marie L. Tonkin is a paramedic in the seaside town of Newquay, Cornwall. On her days off, she enjoys nothing more than walking her Boxer dog around the coastal paths of this beautiful county. While on these walks, she is surprised to see just how naughty the seagulls have become. It has become quite the topic of conversation in the media recently and she was horrified to hear the suggestions of a cull on these cheeky but lovely characters. Marie wanted to find another way of reducing the problem by starting from the beginning.
