We’re taught from a young age to ‘think before we speak’. But has anyone ever dissected what this truly means?

It’s a scary thing, is it not? The idea that our most common version of communication has swept our world for countless generations, building relationships but also destroying them. We’re eagerly taught from a young age to use our words and build our own narrative but how often is this actually possible? What do you think will come first – our words being voiced or our words being silenced?

The following words are nothing special, but that’s the thing. They don’t have to be. They’re mine!

Shahid Choudhury is a graduate of law from the University of Birmingham. He aspires to complete the LPC and hopes to become fully qualified by obtaining a training contract and working his way up the corporate world. His hobbies include writing, debating, public speaking and spending time with friends and family. Shahid started writing content straight after finishing his GCSEs and made the bold move of turning his love of writing into a career two and a half years later.

I saw a post regarding this book on LinkedIn and decided to trust my gut and BOY, I am glad I did. This book had so many flavour and depth. It’s such a short book but the quotes are so deep and mesmerising. 10/10 for sure.

Shahid I am absolutely appalled. This was not original; there was no innovation and the content was just poor. I always knew you had no potential you wannabe bum. Stick to debating on feminist issues

Such a small but powerful book man. So proud of the author and how far he’s come. I’d recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of short but succinct quotes. Keep it coming my bro!!
