When 17-year-old Dom Wilson starts feeling out of place with his friends to complete a rite of passage, he decides to go for it; assuming all of his problems will be fixed. Instead he is faced with more problems than he bargained for. But who is he going to turn to when he is told to get over it even when he doesn’t feel like doing it?

Jacqueline Lyons grew up in Canberra, Australia. She attended the University of Canberra studying journalism and majoring in creative writing. This is her first published novel. She has always had an opinion on everything but nothing more so than men’s mental health. It is her goal that men feel just as able to cry as women do, that guys are able to talk about private issues in the way that girls are encouraged to do.
