Book Description

Nora is a young tortoiseshell cat who is intrigued by other cats in the village who have magical powers. With these powers they are able to help others with difficult problems. Nora would like to have these powers to help others too. She decides to ask Mrs Patti Pawsthe, the village shopkeeper who knows everyone and everything in the village. She directs her to Professor Claus, who lives in the big house on the hill.

The professor sets her three tasks and warns her that very few cats manage to complete them. The first task involves being brave by choosing something she had always been afraid of. The second task is to show determination by trying to succeed at something difficult she has never done before. The third task is to invent something that will help the planet. She sets about tackling the tasks with the help of some of her good friends.

Will Nora choose wisely and be able to complete the challenges successfully? Will she then be able to use these powers to help others and help save the planet?
