I am a dog mum who loves to read. During the wonderful time of COVID-19, I found my passion for writing and never stopped. I have never believed in being saved, so I wrote books where the heroine saves themselves. And when I am not writing, I am probably out with my bestie, causing all sorts of mischief and mayhem.

Wow, absolutely loved this book, E is my new favourite FMC....love her....the spice was just perfect, and loved seeing her plotting her revenge....cannot wait for book 2.

What a ride! I really enjoyed this book. Loved the strong, heroic, no nonsense FMC, E. Loved reading about her journey from orphan to mafia boss. The book was full of suspense and feelings of “what’s going to happen next?!” It was a great read and I’m looking forward to book two!

I read this book and truly loved it. From the moment I picked it up, I couldn’t put it down. The way the main character E, was portrayed as being a powerful heroine was perfect. There is a lot of chaos and mayhem throughout the chapters which makes you want to keep reading to find out how the rest of the book plays out. I am rooting for E and Luther all the way and I cannot wait for the next book!

Omg what can I say about this book but WOW. Thank you. I could not put this book down. the whole story just flowed, i was hooked from the start. I feel it also opens up possibilities of side stories with other characters. I love the way you broke the stereotype and you let a woman take the lead role instead of a man. The right amount of spice can't wait to read the next book hopefully will get bit more. And the ending I won't say but this is a must read. Buy the book you won't be disappointed. I loved it

The trusted members of her team know when she says ‘jump’ they know exactly how high…. E is a woman who takes no crap from nobody and if you were to cross her you would be breathing your last breath very shortly - DON’T MESS WITH HER. The unexpected was well placed and the swimming pool scene had me literally crying with laughter as I could imagine the scene perfectly. Who does E trust enough to divulge the secrets she has recently discovered? Who will survive the fallout? Revenge is sweet my friend - is blood thicker than water

This is a great first book from this brand-new author. Not my usual genre but nevertheless a good read. The plot twists and turns and is anything but predictable. Introduction to the characters gives the reader an immediate sense of who they are, with complex back stories and an immediacy on the page. I’m sure that as we get to know them as the series progresses, we will become more invested in them. The ending was a real cliffhanger, leaving you wanting to read the next instalment. If it had been available, I would have bought it straight away but sadly not, I will just have to wait for book 2 ‘Awakening’.
