The Bird and the Bully

Max is excited to be back at school with his friends after the holiday break. In gym class, however, he is confronted by the class bully, Kevin. Max has a hard time after an embarrassing incident and doesn't want to go back to school. After a discussion with his parents, he tries to find a way to stand up for himself and deal with the class bully in his own way.

Mafalda Di Donato is based in Melbourne, Australia. She started writing children's stories when she was in primary school and, because of her nephews, decided to bring her stories to life so that they can enjoy her books and share her love of reading.
