Naomi Sara is an Early Reading Lead and primary school teacher in Manchester, UK. After completing an MA in Creative Writing, she taught at a British School in Qatar where she began to learn Arabic. The characters in this story are inspired by a Qatari family that she tutored for and became close friends with.
