Lorraine Bernier was born and raised in London, UK, before spending the majority of her adult life in France. Alongside writing, she enjoys nature and painting in the Garden of England, Kent.

Her first book, The Fairy Dales of Alberton Forest, is a combination of fairy magic and the traditional challenges that most children encounter as part of growing up.
