Horace is one forgetful frog. He cannot remember the way to school and finds himself lost and back at home, much to the horror of his mum. Another day when he finds the way, he realises there is no school that day! This all makes Horace very sad. However, one day Horace befriends a wise old owl who helps the forgetful little frog. The Forgetful Frog is a beautifully illustrated book which is sure to be a hit with all the family.

John Forrest was born in 1945 in the city of Bradford, Yorkshire. Two of his fondest memories was having a bedtime song sung to him every night by his Mum and sitting with his Dad who read classic adventure tales like Treasure Island and Tom Brown’s Schooldays. John emigrated to Australia in 1971. Married in 1974 he made sure that his own children, Hugh and Emily always had a story when bedtime arrived.
