Welcome to my fun little cookbook that I created over the past few years whilst living in Dubai and travelling the world with my work airline. I have always enjoyed experimenting with foods, baking hot and cold dishes and desserts.
A bit about me; originally from Northern Ireland, I came from a working class family. My hobbies as a child were always quite artistic; I loved creating art whether it was drawing or getting out a mixing bowl to create a flour disaster in the kitchen whilst my mother's back was turned.
Some recipes in this book are from childhood and some are recipes I had learned from living and working as an air stewardess in the Middle East amongst many other nationalities with lots of nice recipes to share.
This little book is nothing more than simple, quick and easy recipes that cost very little to purchase. People shouldn't always assume that to eat relatively healthy should cost a fortune; it's actually not the case. Most of my ingredients have been purchased from farmers markets very cheaply or local supermarkets at low prices.
