Enter the magical world of Telleny, where Mick the cockney fruit and vegetable stall owner, helps children discover the nutritional benefits of foods they may have shied away from in the past. The Land of Telleny is a fun and interactive A-Z learning book that is perfect for children aged 3-10 and their parents, caregivers, or guardians.

In this beautifully illustrated book, children will explore the amazing fantasy land of Telleny, with each child in the book embarking on a unique adventure that reflects their favorite activities, from racing monkeys in space to watching mermaid shows on the bay. Along the way, they will learn about the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables, often dismissed by young children, and understand why they are so important for our health and well-being.

With recurring sentences to encourage interaction between parents and children, The Land of Telleny is designed to stimulate young readers’ memory, imagination and interest in the benefits of healthy eating. Mick’s jolly nature and heartwarming stories will capture children’s attention, leaving them eager to learn and explore more of Telleny’s fascinating world.

Don’t miss out on this must-have nutritional rhyme book, perfect for any child and parent/caregiver looking to embark on a fun journey of nutrition and imagination together.

Born in Southeast London, Sasha has always loved writing, especially poems and rhymes, and she spent years writing rhymes and poems throughout her youth and then eventually for her children Bobbi and Eevy as they were growing up. The Land of Telleny was born, many years ago when her youngest daughter became a slightly fussy eater around 5/6 years of age, but life took over and the book was never finished… until now! Sasha, who works as an accountant during the day, and lives in Kent, finally found the time to finish her beloved book, and as her youngest daughter is now 17, it just goes to show that you should never give up on fulfilling your dreams!
