She has contributed many features to top magazines and created new recipe ideas for worldwide food companies. Her achievements have been recognised by the commissioning of over thirty cookery books.
Janice can create original recipes from a few ingredients not only for taste but also visually, as reflected in this ‘Little Book’ series.
