Keri Fogg was born in Charleston, SC. While growing up, Keri became very fond of cats, developing a great compassion and understanding for each and every one that she ever came across in her lifetime. Growing up to love cats and having children of her own gave her the inspiration to write about these furry felines and to help children understand how to be polite to others, as well as help them to read and be kind to others.
