As someone who has struggle post partum, having this private way to express your emotions about parenting both good and bad is a godsend. The book design is very simple to digest. A lot of thought has gone into what’s included. I really like filling out the weekly check in. This would make a great gift for a new mum.

What an incredible book. Somewhere to log the good, bad and everything in between. Adjusting to this new life takes time and to have a safe space to log thoughts & feelings is brilliant. I love the advice and tips from real Mums too. A must have for any Mum going through the postpartum recovery
