Brother Luke is fading fast. He is afflicted by no ailment known to man. It is the work of his nemesis, Dr Klements.
James seeks help from the Sword, but it is similarly afflicted.
Without them, the very being of time and space is in grave danger.
There is only one way to prevent imminent Armageddon. James must seek out the young boy who will become Luke later in life. He must find him before he is corrupted and falls from his predestined path. If Luke veers away, he will never encounter the Sword.
Klements will triumph and the fabric of the universe will be destroyed.
