Will they both manage to travel safely through the unrelenting rain, howling wind and rocky slopes of the Scottish Highlands, meeting many friends and foes (even the famous Loch Ness monster) in search of wise old elves…?

Catherine Moran was raised in Scotland from a very early age, in the beautiful countryside of Aberdeenshire and is where she acquires most of her writing inspiration.

Catherine is a stay at home mom to two beautiful girls and family is what she considers most important to her.

The Tales of Hamish the Haggis is Catherine's first children's book.
