Layla the ladybird isn't like most ladybirds. She loves nothing more than to sneak off and get up to mischief with her forest friends. Her sisters can't understand why their younger sibling won't fall in line with the rest of the ladybirds. However, through the endeavours of their rebellious little sister, a valuable lesson will be learnt.

Raised in the little village of Haworth in Yorkshire, the home of the Brontës, he went on to pursue his passion for stories and writing by studying English Language and Literature at University. He then went on to travel the world, teaching English to children in China and South Korea. He is now using his creativity and writing skills, along with his experience travelling and working with children, to create innovative literature with a clear voice and moral message.
