Oh dear, it seems you’ve forgotten about someone very important. Haven’t you realised he’s been trying to get your attention for years? Who do you think tossed your hair about this morning, or ruffled your coat tails? Wind Man, of course! This short story transforms the imagination from a child’s mind into reality and gives the wind a personality. Whilst Wind Man can have many moods and changes from one to another quite quickly; ultimately, he is a cheeky old man who enjoys playing tricks. So, don’t forget to say hello next time he brushes past you or he might just play one on you!

Amy Grace Perkins grew up the youngest of seven children in rural Victoria, Australia.

With not much happening around town, she decided at a young age that if she equipped herself with humour and an imagination to boot, then she’ll always live in a world of adventure. She loves to take the little readers of this world into a story that they can visit time and time again.
