A ship carrying books sank off the coast of Cape Town, there it laid with all of its crates broken. A shark lived in the shipwreck and read a lot of the books and that's when his life changed and he started to have lots of adventures.
She was born in Banbury, Oxfordshire, married and had a daughter, Louise, before moving to Cornwall. She now lives in a small picturesque village in North Oxfordshire. After retiring through ill health, the idea of George came to her with the advent of grandchildren.

I read this story with my 4-year-old son and he and I enjoyed it immensely. It got us talking about fishing and whether or not humans should have tried to get so many fish. My son said they shouldn't have because nobody needs that much fish. He also enjoyed the fact that George likes to read too and thought it was very cool that there were books at the bottom of the ocean only for sharks. We will definitely be reading it again and again.
