Each of the four royal siblings--Eris, Ranger, Merrick, and Cora--has received a magical stone of the Gods to assist with peacefully ruling their separate territories. But when one of the royals becomes greedy for power and turns on the others, the kingdom is thrown into disarray. Fifteen-year-old Anika, Cora's heir, has no idea of her origins, or the power she possesses. Her father, William, led her to believe her mother is dead and that Anika herself is merely a magician's daughter.
But there is no escaping fate.
Strange men seeking the missing stone discover Anika's connection to Cora. Kidnapped and transported back to Valgard, Anika finally learns the truth about her heritage.
To save the kingdom and her birthright, she must determine who in her family she can trust and who will commit the ultimate betrayal.
Absolutely love this book. It was so easy to visualize and feel like I was right there. It’s like Lord the Rings and Harry Potter, but with a touch more humor!!!
Absolutely LOVED this book! It was an easy read. If you like Alice in Wonderland you’ll love this.

Take this journey you won’t regret it. I couldn’t put it down
Amazing read! I couldn’t put the book down!
I love when I find a new fantasy series that I can dive completely into a new rich Universe. Land of Illusion doesn't disappoint. The author has created vibrant, interesting characters that have become my new favourites. I'm hoping there will be more books in the series soon. I'd love to spend more time in this world.
Set aside some time, because you will not be able to put this one down!! Wow.
The novel is great for many age groups. It keeps the reader wanting to know what’s going to happen next. The writer adds pieces of comedy through the characters Bartholomew and Duncan. I like the family dynamic, drama, and love that drives the characters. The different lands and magic push the reader's imagination.
