Lairdsland Primary School has invited the author Geoff Swift to address the students and read his lovely children’s book The Friendly Giant Called Zak and His Friend Rory the Misnamed Monster. The author will read the excerpts from his book and will also answer the interesting questions of the students. The Friendly Giant Called Zak and His Friend Rory the Misnamed Monster by Geoff Swift is a brilliant children’s story full of adventures as Zak, a giant of the oceans and his friend Rory decide to explore all the seas and oceans of the world. During their adventure, they encounter new creatures but all of them are not friendly and want to hurt Rory. Geoff Swift is a former Business Development Director who worked in the services industry.  After his retirement, he decided to write books for children and really enjoyed writing his first series of children’s books. The Friendly Giant Called Zak and His Friend Rory the Misnamed Monster is his debut book.
