On the 18th of January, The Adventures of Benjamin Boogie by Austin Macauley’s author Kourtney Troon was featured in Sunlive newspaper. The newspaper appreciated the efforts of the author in making the fun illustrations to narrate the story of a cute booger called Benjamin. The newspaper mentioned that it's fascinating that finally, someone came up with the idea to write about the nasal mucous. The amazing illustrations in the book are made by the author’s father. The author mentioned that initially she was doing it just for her kids but later her friends suggested to publish the book and then the first choice that came up was Austin Macauley Publishers. The book is all about the story of a sweet and charming Benjamin which is a booger that got evicted out of the nose of a boy named Putrid Pete. The booger sets out on a journey of finding its new home. To find out that will the booger find another nose as a home or not, you got to read the book.

The author is originally from Canada but got shifted to New Zealand in 2008. She is a full-time mother and enjoys her life with her husband and kids.
