Austin Macauley’s talented author, Graham Sheppard, got featured in Cambridge Independent on 15th February 2020 for his debut novel, Potential. The reviewer highly praised the author’s vision to draw inspiration from his career and help out struggling athletes who aspire to become an Olympian. Born and bred in Shepton Mallet, Somerset in 1944, Graham Sheppard always had a passion for sports, especially running. Throughout his teens, his interest varied and he switched to rowing and reached the semi-finals. He worked for Sun Life Assurance Society for 34 years. He currently resides in Cambridgeshire with his second wife, Ellie.
