Author Graham Sheppard Gets Featured by Cambridgeshire Independent for His Debut Novel

Austin Macauley’s extremely talented author and a former Marathon runner, Graham Sheppard, got featured for his debut novel, Potential, by Cambridgeshire Independent. The reviewer held the author’s writing technique in high regards and applauded his impending vision to tell a journey in such a relatable way. The book tells the story of David Lucas, who tragically lost his wife to cancer. His life is shattered into pieces as he struggles to become a model father for his 11-year-old son. He took up running as a therapeutic release from all the pain he was going through. On one foggy morning in Fens, he met an ex-Olympic runner and coach, Charlie Greaves, who offered him a place in the 2012 Olympic team. Graham Sheppard started writing this novel when he was working for the Sun Life Assurance Society. It took him 25 years to finish his book. He currently lives in Cambridgeshire with his second wife, Ellie.
