The brutal murder of a homeless man flares up the chaos in the midst of the story. Senior Detective Phillip Duncan, stationed in the city, is in charge of the subsequent investigations. He must deal with a cast of eccentric personalities to unravel the mystery behind the murder. In Brumby Flat, nothing is as it appears. It will be difficult to find the serial murderer who is hidden among them.
