The author of a highly interesting and educational book A Book of Rather Strange Animals was reviewed recently by the OCA magazine in December 2019. The magazine termed the book a perfect read for those interested in wildlife and exotic animals. The book has been illustrated with interesting pictures of some of the most unique animals on the planet including those from the forests and also from the oceans.

 

A Book of Rather Strange Animals comes from the creator of a very popular twitter page  @StrangeAnimals. This book contains a collection of over 100 unique and diverse animals from around the world. It has eye-popping pictures of the strange-looking animals along with description around their strange feeding habits, bizarre mating rituals, and impressive defence actions.  Any animal enthusiast will surely love this book.

 

The author Caleb Compton is a young author from Cornwall who has a degree in Biosciences specialising in Animal Biology from the University of Exeter. He found his passion by watching nature documentaries with his family like the award-winning series, Planet Earth by the BBC. He regularly tweets at @StrangeAnimals and posts new pictures of strange new animals.
