Our Author Louise Barton, hosted the launch of her book, The Rainbow Maker, on December 7th from 3 pm to 4 pm at the Fayre Spot in Bretton, Peterborough, attached to the Cresset.
The Rainbow Maker invites readers to travel to the magical world of rainbows…Where everything is created in ways unlike anything they might expect. The story follows Lara as she makes some new fairy friends and visits AllCreation.com, a place where God is in charge of the weather. Along the way, Lara learns about rainbow sheep fed with colourful vegetables and a collection of imaginative characters who bring this vibrant world to life.
Louise Barton grew up in Newcastle-under-Lyme and was born in nearby Stoke-on-Trent. Her father was a journalist and her mother a teacher. She discovered her love for creative writing during family walks and continues to write with a playful spirit and strong faith.
