Discovery Bay got a chance to interview the talented author and vice-principal of Lantau International School on 2nd August 2019. James candidly opened up about his book The Almost True Story of Sandy Primary School that does not only aim at kids but parents and adults as well. He shared that he notes down all the funny incidents that take place at school and later on expands them and shapes them into the short stories. The 18 years of his teaching experience has made it easy for him to write down what he knows about life at school. He has written a children's story that will surely leave you in laughing fits.

Finally, school reopens and Mr Bell decides to take his students and parents on a bus journey covering school fairs, an exhilarating treasure hunt, and parents’ warfare on sports day. James Lambert is a teacher, vice-principle and an exceptional author. He has been teaching for the past 18 years in an International School in Hong Kong. Based in the UK, he always had a love for writing.
