Francis Buhagiar was born in Dick Whittington Hospital, England, and received his education from one of the oldest Benedictine monasteries in England. He also completed his degree in Economics and History from the University of London. Francis pursued his passion for travelling, surfing and scuba diving and is currently living in Somerset.
