Meet the author of Behaviour, Christopher Ayton at Tolpuddle Festival

Author of Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman - A Scottish Life and UK Politics 1836-1908, Alexander S. Waugh will be attending his book’s launch event at Campbell-Bannerman Monument on 20th July 2019. It has all about his tenure and political achievements as an MP. His tenure from 1905 to 1908 has special importance in history as it is called the period of transition for the country and the Liberal Party. He managed to bridge the gap between the party of Gladstone, Asquith and Lloyd George. His political career lasted for 40 years. If you are history fanatic, you need to get your hands on this amazing book. The author Alexander S. Waugh hails from Dumbreck Glasgow. He was born in 1934. He has degrees in Economics, Divinity and Scottish Church History (PhD). He lives in North-East Scotland with his wife.  He has two children and four grandchildren.
