Tess Earnshaw
Tess Earnshaw was born in North Perth, Australia, prior to WWII. From a very early age, she loved books and stories, especially about magic and ghosts. She wrote stories for her grandchildren.
After retiring as a medical secretary in 2001, she moved to a small country town where she read her stories to a class of children. From their suggestions, her idea for A Sort of Magic came.
For 33 years she has been a volunteer radio presenter, still broadcasting. She wrote a radio play which has been recorded and broadcast, and she often participates in a chat programme reading some of her poems.
