    Yvonne exhorts the reader to look in the mirror and say, “I love you” not something that sits comfortably with me, but I take her advice because this woman ran a marathon! Her honesty and open heartedness are real. I have not yet had my ‘colours done’ and I will because I trust in her happiness guide. This is a great and easy read and those gems come from her lived experience.

    I cannot recommend this book highly enough. This book feels different, like you are having a conversation with the author, who genuinely wants you to feel better, and to have a life that’s more optimistic and lighter. It isn’t a book that fixes you. It recognises that life isn’t linear and that life is sometimes hard, but it supports you to navigate it, while practicing gratitude, boundaries and self awareness. It lives on my bedside table and I pick it up repeatedly to remind myself that I am just where I need to be in life.

    I purchased this book as I loved the title & the front cover looks good. I took it away on holiday & read it cover to cover within 2 days. Once I started reading it just flowed. I found the author had a really good understanding of living in the real world & her wording was truthful & easy to understand. I would say this book would definitely change your life. It's the sort of book you want to keep forever to refer back to the suggestions the author provides. It's very easy reading & the author makes complete sense in pointing out ways to make our life more manageable, happier & fulfilling it's up to you when you read the book whether you decide to take on her suggestions. I am using some of the ideas she suggested & am benefitting from them already. A great book.
