More than just a cookbook, it’s a time-travelling feast! Where veggies are as cool as a T-Rex, proteins as strong as a Triceratops, and healthy fats as mighty as a Brachiosaurus.

With over 50 easy recipes, get ready to make, bake and discover, creating unforgettable family memories along the way.

Nessie Welschinger is the founder of the Chelsea Cake Company, one of London’s leading cake makers. For over a decade, her creations have been enjoyed worldwide, a highlight being her commission by the Royal Mint to create the celebration cake for Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday at the Tower of London.

Her client list includes celebrities and renowned London institutions such as Claridge’s and The Ritz. In 2021, she competed on Bake Off: The Professionals, showcasing her talent on a national stage. Now a respected judge for baking competitions, she also visits schools to promote nutrition, inspiring children to take charge of their own meals. As an ambassador for Veg Power, she champions the importance of vegetables in a fun and engaging way.

Nessie divides her time between London and the Cotswolds, with her husband, their three children, and their energetic Gordon Setter.
