Sadly, Charlie died after battling an aggressive brain tumour. Following this devasting loss Nici has thrown her energies into setting up the charity “Thumbs up for Charlie” with her husband John, fundraising and raising awareness of paediatric brain tumours www.thumbsupforcharlie.co.uk.
Nici also works as a counsellor with young people who have often faced their own challenges and adversity.
Finding You has been inspired by her experience working with young people and her own experience of loss.

Great book to read with your children. It helps explains how in life you have set backs but keep moving forward and there will be sunshine after the rain. Loved it and so did my kids. I have just ordered the blue bear from the story.
