Hugh is a little hare with a big heart. He loves spending time with his hare family and friends. He just wishes he was allowed to make new friends.

Hugh simply cannot understand why his parents have forbidden him from playing with other animals. He refuses to believe that all other animals are bad and dangerous. Instead, all Hugh wants to do is make friends wherever he goes. It doesn’t matter how they look, how they speak or where they come from.

After getting lost in the forest one day, Hugh makes a new friend he is sure will change their minds, but danger is following close behind. Can his new friend save the day?
