Book Description
In our world of busyness and distraction it can be difficult to recognise God’s attempts to catch our attention. God finds various ways to make us aware of the Spirit’s presence. This may include a seemingly unexplainable miracle or coincidence, a gentle personal whisper which speaks to our hearts, or a sudden recognition of a deep truth or a scene of incredible beauty, all of which we recognise as belonging to the world of mystery. How difficult it can be for us to remember the fullness and the wonder of those encounters because of the busyness and distractions our lives constantly offer.
What I have therefore attempted to collate in this book are instances and thoughts from my own life and those of others that speak to the reality of God’s presence and purpose. I have also included my thoughts on subjects not normally addressed from the pulpit.
