Book Description

Tab 2 – Tell the truth, and shame the Devil! That is what everyone said. So I did, and the Devil laughed. It seems he has a dark sense of humour. I am a good man, or at least, I try to be. Ok, maybe sometimes, the lines may get just a little blurry. Yes, I’ve done wrong things, which have felt so right, but always for the right reasons. I have done the right things. That felt so very wrong. Life is a minefield of moral dilemmas. In the modern world, it’s hard for a man to always follow his gut instincts. When I was convicted. I was an innocent man. Now, I can make no such claim!

My name is Frank Chambers, and together with my closest friends. Michael Brooks, Stephen Fox, and of course, my younger, transgender sister, Lily, whose only dream was to live in Little Venice because of its strong ties to the LGBT community and live there as the woman she clearly was born to be.

Life, it seems, had a very different path for us all. Taking our lives in an unimaginable direction. You do not always know you are surrounded by the right people. Until the chips are, well and truly, down. Left with nothing, not even my good name. That’s when you truly know who your friends are and whom you can really count on.

Together over time, they turn a very simple idea. Into a complicated plan. Now, all they have to do is pull it off. If they do, it will send shock waves. Though at the very heart of London’s financial district. Rocking the very foundations of their lives. Proving, once and for all. Two wrongs can make it right!

Let’s see what you think. My name is Frank Chambers, and this is my story.

Paul Munro was born in Wales. He has travelled extensively. He now lives in Ireland with two crazy dogs, Jack and Casper, and his very patient partner, Frances.

Paul is the eldest, of three siblings, and has a daughter, Samantha, and two talented grandchildren Isabelle and Lewis. Leading a hectic life, thoughts of writing, were always put on hold until one of his short plays was performed by the Light House Theatre Company. That evening, as Paul sat in the audience, he knew it was time to put pen to paper. Drawing on a lifetime of experience and an over active imagination, The Bounty, Paul’s first novel was born.

He spent several years in London, working for a corporate bank. Paul has always had a passion for nature, and a love of the outdoors. He soon found himself working in London Zoo. As the day would transition into night, and the animals would make their nocturnal sounds, Paul would be making notes and writing down ideas for some yet unwritten story. He has always enjoyed studying, gathering information, taking classes in creative writing and even book keeping.
