R. S. Ramsey Owens is a lecturer in Cardiff and has had a career spanning more than 25 years working with children and young adults. Born in 1977 in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire and educated in North London and the Vale of Glamorgan. She has a strong background in education, social care, and communication. Her career reflects a commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, from tutoring and mentoring students in English and vocational training to providing care and guidance in various social and educational settings. She has international experience, including teaching and working with children whilst living in Salzburg, Austria.
