Book Description

Our need for alternative energy in the year 2062 means the Moon is being mined. The problem is that by mining for helium-3, it is somehow tilting the moon off its orbital trajectory.

Even more alarming is the fact there are nuclear weapons in silos facing downwards into the moon. The Orbiting Alternative Genesis Space Station and its crew and AIs are getting nervous as calamity unfolds on the Moon.

Balance is required; the Rogue corporation with mines and nuclear weapons needs to be kept in check. The Moon’s gravitational lock needs to be restored; cue the need for a cerebral superstar, if you will. Enter Kimber Kavanaugh, electrogravitics engineer and keen motorcycle enthusiast. A highly sought-after mind, with a personality more laid back than the Harley Davidson he rides. Is the Moon what it seems, glowing in all its majesty, or is it hiding a much darker secret?

Paul Barry Humphrey lives and works in and around the London area. Paul has had a love of science fiction and motorcycles from an early age. This love of science fiction was nurtured back in 1977 by the magnificent comic 2000 AD. He has had a motorcycle review, published in the magazine Used Motorcycle and continues to enjoy the creative writing process. Paul now enjoys reading and writing science fiction along with spending time on his motorcycle, riding in and around the Essex countryside when time and work allow.
