Take a peek into the book of compassion and coexistence with nature.

The Rose Man and His Friend the Wind takes us into a world of fragrant flowers and the coexistence of animals in nature.

The book inspires us to recognize how important and precious our clean, fragrant nature is: a place where we can relax in its beauty and enjoy the sweet scents of flowers and clean air.

Let’s choose everything that will keep it clean, beautiful, and healthy, because we are also part of Mother Nature.

Katja Vrbovšek was born in Celje, and she lives in Slovenia.

As a child, she spent a lot of time in nature and connected with it through play and creativity.

Her father deals with antiques and works of art, so she grew up in that spirit.

She graduated from high school, but she was not very interested in school. She was and still is interested in spiritual books, which help her become aware of what it means to live as an individual - while at the same time respecting all the creatures around her and keeping nature clean. She began to express herself through creativity, drawing, painting, also with her sense and care for animals.

A healthy, compassionate way of eating, in which no animals are included, means a lot to her, because she is aware that animals are born the same as us. Nature and animals are gifts that are given to us so that we can live together in harmony and love on planet Earth.

It's a very special fairy tale with a beautiful message and pictures. I can tell that its author loves animals and nature. She presents that in a creative way that attracts children (adults too) and brings them closer to nature. The story talks about joy, playfulness, friendship and cooperation, abundance, gratitude, magic of life and hope when difficult moments arise, etc. It's important to teach people about all that in their childhood.

I read the book. The story is heartfelt, loving and educational for all of us. What we do to nature and animals, we do to ourselves.
