Karen Parker Shared the Images of Children Enjoying her Story Books

Karen Parker, the author of children’s books Odd Socks and Hare’s Hiccups sent pictures of children reading her book. She was excited to share the pictures as the children enjoyed reading her books as an after-school reading and bedtime story.

Odd Socks is a children’s book about a baby giraffe who is taught by his mother about different colours in an interesting way. It is a fun book for young children to learn about colours and animals.

Hare’s Hiccups is a children’s book that offers a fun way to teach children about backward counting. As the Hare gets hiccups, his friend mouse suggests that he counts backwards to cure the hiccups. Count backwards with them and learn if it helped him.

Karen Parker is a qualified educator and has a passion for literature and art for young children. Her experience as a primary school teacher in England has given her the opportunity to gain experience in learning behaviours of young children. She also has experience in helping children learn English when it was not their mother language. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and socialising.
