Her life has taken her to different areas like California, Vermont and Massachusetts. She currently resides in Tampa, Florida, with her husband. She finds great joy in writing about the evolution of women's lives.

Helen Dymond has been an educator for forty years. She has been teaching English language and humanities. Helen has a great fondness for the work of Handel. She has sung in the Hadel Opera Chorus in the 1980s. She has put forward research for the Channel 4 Film, starring Simon Callow.
