Helen Dymond spent four decades teaching English and lecturing in Humanities, including a post at City Lit, London, where she taught Handel's Operas, Oratorios and Psychology of Religion. Her passion for Handel began in the 1980s when she was a member of the Handel Opera Chorus. She conducted research for a Channel 4 film and created a popular comic parody of the Hallelujah Chorus. In London, scenes from her Handel-inspired plays were performed in 2005 and 2009.

Alice Vye Henningway was raised in Zimbabwe and had a deep love for the African bush and its wildlife. Her family travelled to the Cape of Good Hope before the 1850s, and Alice has drawn on these experiences to write her next novel, "The Flamboyant," with the help of her uncle, who is an established author.

Ken resides in Norfolk with his wife and two poodles that provide him with inspiration as he writes.
