Book Description
The Bible includes history, poetry, and instructions for relationships, living and worship. It contains all that God wants us to know about him, ourselves, and salvation. There are some things that the Bible is: a book of love, justice, wisdom and common sense, and some things it isn’t: a book of science or a book with answers to every problem. Among other things, the Bible teaches us about the establishment of the Kingdom of God, and tells us that God loves each one of us and encourages us to love him. It brings to the reader fear, fact, and faith.
We read in the Bible of many remarkable things about which we can only say, ‘It’s a miracle!’
I trust that this book, introducing to you a few Biblical miracles, will encourage you to open and examine the Bible’s pages to see what happened, and why God chose to act in the ways he did and see what you can learn from its teaching and the example of people in it. It may even turn your life upside down, as it constantly does mine.
