From a life that was so full of crime,
To one where I just speak in rhyme.
For years, I’m in and out of jail.
My life forever off the rail.
I used the very worst of drugs
Till Jesus, at my heart string, tugs.
He filled me with the Holy Ghost
And it’s him I speak about the most.
He’s taught me very well indeed,
So now, in people I plant seed.
I see them change just like me,
With God’s gift of eternity.
Now read these rhymes that I did pen
And thanks for listening, and Amen.
If you desire a relationship with God and Jesus Christ, say this prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I come to you now and ask you to forgive my sins.
Thank you for dying on the cross for me.
Please come into my life and be with me forever.
Please fill me with your Holy Spirit, Amen.”
