Do you find yourself questioning why stress gets to you so easily? Why you constantly get angry and upset? Why things do not seem to go your way no matter how much effort you make? Do you feel that something is missing, and you cannot quite pinpoint what it is?We fall ill and resort to traditional medicine to get cures. By taking medicines and drugs, we are healed, but frequently the same illness returns. Medicine is just a short term fix to our problems in order to allow us to get back on our feet and back in action.Similarly, in life and in our constant search for happiness, we resort to short term ‘fixes'. We buy material things to make us feel better; we chase powerful cars, big houses and fall into the vicious cycle of lust, all for the sake of contentment and happiness that is nothing but temporary.Doing this satisfies the mind and brings joy for a while, until we feel down again and go in search of something else: a better car, a better house... even a better partner. We need to break this obsession by getting to the root of the problem. It takes time, but ‘THE GIFT' shows us a long term strategy to achieve lasting happiness, success and most importantly - peace. Using the 7 laws is like taking alternative medicine to cure our wounds in life, not just tackling the surface of the problem, but going right down to the core.Read this book, apply the laws. See with your own eyes where it takes you.

The author Amit Kainth is an amazing writer, The Gift while reading really made me think and look at my life and why I have allowed myself to get so stressed, depressed and make some changes using some of his methods in the book. I got hurt at work developed CRPS because of it and have not worked in three years do to the injury. I have allowed the injury to run my life and make me a different person.

I blame myself for something that was not my fault, I have pushed everybody away, and have become a hermit in my home as its safer and easier and aloud this CRPS to control my life, thoughts, and relationships. I have read and rer3ead this book over and over and I am feeling better after two weeks of applying and using some of the methods. My favorite chapter was chapter three as I really needed to let go and let things just happen naturally and deal with things as they come not live in the past and be scared of what the future was gonna bring.

I dwell on the what ifs all the time and let them run my life and thoughts, that now with letting things just flow I am not as angry, upset, and I don't feel as worthless in my life. I am very pleased to be given the chance to read this book and apply the authors methods to my situation, learn new alternatives, and feel better.

This is a wonderful book that will help many and I look forward to more books from this author. The book was easy to read and follow, captured me and I wanted to see what I could do different.
