Author Linden Carroll will be taking part in the Port Moody Library Writers Festival located in British Columbia, Canada. Linden will be at the Author’s Fair on Saturday the 16th November at 12.30pm until 2.30pm. At the festival, Linden will be chatting to other avid readers and writers. There will also be the opportunity to purchase some copies of her fantastic books; Olive and Full Circle. Her first book Olive follows the life of a woman before, during and after the two world wars. It is a story of human endurance spanning over four generations and demonstrates the impact that one woman can have on the lives of others. Her newly published book Full Circle; follows the story of an orphaned 12-year-old in the streets of London after WWII. His rescue of another teen from the streets and their liaison cause him to experience the pain and intensity of first love and parenthood subsequently separating them. Linden Carroll is originally from England, and now resides in Canada, as reflected in her books. In spite of having a demanding working background, Linden has devoted a large part of her life to the rescue and protection of dogs.
